Disposal  of  Special  Waste

Environmental Applications Limited provide trained chemists to carry out secure disposal, and/or treatment of all special wastes in accordance with the Special Waste Regulations 1996, by:-

identifying, making safe, and correctly labeling waste prior to transportation.

supervising collection from site, 

bullet

authenticating the section 62 transfer of special waste documentation on behalf of the client.

The Special Waste Regulations 1996 enforces the requirement that special waste must be segregated into defined categories.  Waste from different categories must not be mixed, and the documentation ( with waste code number, description and hazardous properties ), must be completed for each consignment. 

As special waste carriers (licensed by the Environmental Agency) Environmental Applications Limited are permitted to collect and transport all categories of special waste.
